The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized.  I work efficiently to ensure that all documents are notarized in a timely manner.

The State of California has placed a maximum amount that a Notary Public may charge per Notarial Act.  That amount is $15.00 per Notarial Act.  For example, if you have 3 documents that need to be Notarized, that is considered 3 Notarial Acts @ $15.00 each for a total of $45.00.  If someone is charging you more than $15.00 per Notarial Act, (that is illegal), so RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY, and CALL ME!

There are different factors to be considered.  There are no surprises.  You will know up-front if your transaction will require a Travel Fee.  So you will be able to decide before we meet if you would like to continue with your Notarization.  Remember, ALWAYS AVAILABLE & ALWAYS CONVENIENT!

A Notarization can be performed at:

  • Court House / Car Dealership
